In our family, children and adults use this blend for a variety of issues namely; ADD/ADHD, anxiety and memory/focus. This is a very grounding recipe of EOs that should be placed along the spine below the neck, bottoms of feet and on wrists to breathe in during the day.

WOW! Thank you for sharing. I love your blog and all that you share!
ReplyDeleteI got the black pepper in the summer sensation kit, and it is fabulous for arthritis, muscle aches, and conditions like fibromyalgia! It's potent (of course!), and warms the tissue helping to bring oxygenated blood to the area. It's also powerful as an anti-inflammatory. I could go on and on! Lol I'm so glad they are now carrying it as part of their amazing selection of single oils. I love your Blog and all of the wonderful information you share! Thanks so much!
ReplyDeleteI so love your blog! Thanks for all you do to help us!
ReplyDeleteThanks for your thanks! I greatly appreciate it :))
DeleteHi.
ReplyDeleteI have been having severe acne problem for the past 8 years. My sister told me it was because my digestive system wasn't proper. I have started drinking a lot of water and tried using lavender oil and tea tree oil on my face for the acne. Problem is Lavender oil makes me too sleepy, either by day or night.
Could you suggest me some good treatment for my acne with essential oils?
Thank you!
doTERRA makes a great essential blend called Immortelle ~ it's amazing for skin! If you wanted to stick with Melaleuca, I would try substituting Lavender with Frankincense. It also might be a good idea to mix with a small amount of fractionated coconut oil ~ wonderful antibacterial and antifungal properties in this carrier oil.
DeleteThank you! :)
DeleteThose are so great! I'd love to try the peaceful child - is there an order in which they need to be mixed?
ReplyDeleteI have been looking for the ligament damage recipe everywhere for the last couple of weeks - thank u! i love this blog
ReplyDeleteHi Rebecca, I have been following your blog for a while. (and your sisters!) I love using natural remedies instead of medication. I have stayed away from essential oils because I have a chemical sensitivity to strong perfume smells. My daughter thinks the sensitivity comes from the chemicals used to make perfumes and such, and the natural oils would/should not bother me. I'm looking to you as an Essential Oils expert, have you come across this situation before? I'm willing to try Essential oils, but not sure where to start. I'd appreciate your advice. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteYour daughter may be right, pure EOs are simply plant essence without additives and pesticide free. I would start very simply, perhaps order the Introductory Pack of Lavender, Lemon and Peppermint. Remember, when using pure EOs you can take many of them internally via a shot glass of water or a gel cap...not necessarily having to breathe them in. You can also roll them on your feet where the body's largest pores reside...again, not needing to inhale the fragrance of the EO.
DeleteThat would be my advice...the Lemon Lavender and Peppermint trio would be an excellent choice, there's so many uses for the triple threat :)) Here's a link to give you some ideas!
