Being a big fan of simplicity, a weight loss shake as a meal replacement just works for me. However, they're a little...shall we say, BORING. Here's a few ideas to add some excitement to your weight loss or even protein shakes!
In my quest for good taste, I start with my poison of choice, doTERRA's Slim and Sassy Chocolate Weight Loss shake powder.
I pour a generous cup of Almond/Coconut milk into a glass, add the chocolate shake powder, 2/3 cup of leftover coffee and....
...1 drop of Peppermint essential oil!
Here's a tip from me, invest in an inexpensive immersion blender.
A stick blender like this one makes my life so much easier! I dreaded having to haul the blender out to mix up a shake. Trust me, using a mixer of some sort is key in making a good shake! Frothy is good.
I bought this blender at Walmart, it was inexpensive, came with a case and several attachments. I like the whisk attachment for shake making!
This weight loss shake is delicious served hot!
Freshly brewed coffee, chocolate and a tiche of Peppermint EO served piping hot is a heavenly combination to dash out the door with each morning!
