Eyelash Thickening Serum with Coconut Oil!
Have you found that your eyelashes have become thinner and shorter over time?
Eyelashes go through a constant cycle of loss and regrowth. It's hard to treat them like we should because we're always smothering them with mascara, eye creams and moisturizers. Actually, because much of what we use on our lashes can be chemical based, eyelashes tend to gradually fall out...
There's a simple and natural way to be kind to your lashes and it requires only 2 ingredients! Fractionated Coconut Oil and PURE Lemon and Lavender EOs.
Adding 1 drop of Lemon can further enhance the oil's cleansing and stimulating properties.
Adding 1 drop of Lavender will nourish your lashes and follicles.
Add the EOs, top off with Fractionated Coconut Oil and you're done!
How to Apply:
______________________________
Gently coat your lashes with the serum after washing face and removing all traces of eye makeup.
Blending and storing your eyelash serum in a 10ml roller bottle will give the Lemon and Lavender good dilution and ease of application!
You can find neato blue glass roller bottles {Here}. I prefer the 10ml size!

I have USDA organic coconut oil I will have to look and see if it says fractionated I am with Karen I am not familiar with that either. This sounds good though!
I would think using fractionated coconut oil and tea tree oil would be also great at disinfecting your eyes and lashes. Added bonus! I'll have to try this thanks for sharing
is this contact lens friendly? If I use it at night will there be left over oil in the morning that will affect my lenses?
I wear contacts and don't have any issues :) Tip: A little goes a long way, no need to saturate your eyes!
I wonder if this will work on EyeBrows as well... I am going to try this. THanks and have a wonderful day.
I would love to know if you have success with your brows!
Have you noticed a difference yet?? I just made some and can't wait to try it out
What about using a mascara brush?
A clean mascara brush would be fabulous!
Hi! I have been using coconut oil all my life being from the tropics. It is a heavenly gift because at the age of almost being 50, I don't have to dye my hair. My hair is strong and thick and it does work on my eyebrows as I had over plucked them and it grew back nice and thick. I never knew about the essential lemon oil. Will try it with the CO . Thanks for sharing a beauty secret we women appreciate! Love it!
I use coconut oil to take my makeup off. It works great and is a great moisturizer too.
Hi there would you mind telling me what kind of coconut oil that you use. Also you have not Gone grey. Is that because you ingest the coconut oil or because you put it on your scalp? Thanks for the info. :)
This would explain why my lashes are looking so much prettier.....I had read to prolong the life of your mascara you can add 1 drop Lavender essential oil & 1 drop saline solution. I did & noticed while using that mascara my lashes were looking so much prettier & getting longer! I'll have to try this w/the lemon & Fco in a roller bottle!
Where can i get fractionated coconut oil??
Lynda, you can find it here...

Well, that's easy! LOL!
Hello, how long until you see results?? I got part of my order today, just need to get my essential oils. :)
HI......I guess I missed something here. How much coconut oil is used in this recipe? thanksz in advance!....N
Yes, please ... I'd like to try this! One drop of lemon eo, one drop of lavender eo to how much coconut oil?
I was wondering that too..does she ingest and how does she not go grey? Mus be lucky or good genes as aell. And I bet the humidity helps you stay lookin yunger as well..
Thx for sharing.
Send more ideas please :-)
Stacey
As per the directions, after adding the EOs...top the bottle off with FCO :)
I just made a batch. Lost some eyelashes from my last cancer surgery and they grew back for a while but fell out again. I cleanse my face exclusively with coconut oil, and it's amazing. I hope this works! I have puny eyelashes in general and have used all sorts of growth serums - would love for this to work!!!
You wash your face with direct coconut oil and it doesn't make your face over-oily?
Morgan, you can read about "oil cleansing" here :)

Anita, it's a gradual improvement - not immediate. But be consistent, that's important when using EOs.
Where can I find the roll bottle? I have to try this. The lady said she didn't have grey hair,I wondering what she did.
This is where I buy my roller bottles Lillie :)

En mi pais no he escuchado que es eos, podría decirme que es???Gracias por su atención!
Petroleum jelly also works wonders .just take it on your finger tips ,rubb them and thn apply it on ur lashes ,even it darkens brow :-)
I use regular coconut oil as an occasional moisturizer and it does help thicken my eyebrows, which are thick to begin with. Also, the hair anywhere else on my face.
petroleum jelly is petroleum. not good for you at all. this is healthy
Would it be possible to use extra virgin coconut oil in place of fractionated coconut oil?
Yes, of course :)
Petroleum is oil based, and is not good at all for the body. It is best not to use petroleum based products anywhere on the body, as they are not good for us, and contribute to our dependence on foreign oil.
"eos" significa "essential oils." En este caso, significa "lemon" y "lavender."
Could lemongrass be used instead of lemon? Thanks
I use castor oil and 1 drop lavender essential oil 2-3 times a week. I use a mascara wand to brush on before going to bed and wash off in the morning. I love the results it makes my lashes longer and thicker! I wish I knew to do this a long time ago!
How is coconut oil with sensitive, acne prone skin? Im 34.
coconut oil burns my eyes and I wouldn't dare put tea tree oil anywhere near my eyes. IT is waaaay too strong. Be careful what you put on your lashes.
Amazon sells many brands I use organic fractionated coconut oil
