  2. We have chili and rice, and everyone opens one gift. The gift is always a new pair of pj's.!! Have been doing this since my children were babies and do it now for children and grand children.

  8. I am not a facebooker :). We have steak, scalloped potatoes and chocolate mousse for dessert. Now that my kids are older we generally open the presents after dinner.

  12. {I dont have Facebook anymore :/} Growing up we would open our stockings before we went to bed. And every year we got an orange in our stocking along with other goodies- but for some reason, those Christmas oranges, as we call them, is the only tradition that we're passing down to our our kids! We love them!

  13. When I was a kid, my brothers and I got to open just one gift on Christmas Eve. It was usually new pj's but one year...I was about 6...I/we all got Christmas Pillow Case. We would put them on our pillows Thanksgiving night and keep them on until the New Year...with several washings in between. I gave mine to my oldest when she was a toddler.
