Chronic Headache Relief with L.L.P. & Giveaway!

The Natural Anti-Histamine Protocol:  Lemon, Lavender and Peppermint

I've shared the power of LLP with you before {Click Here}.  When used together...these simple essential oils can battle inflammation, allergies and all manner "chronic" issues.

We've learned that most chronic symptoms are the result of allergies and the natural antihistamine properties of LLP when used consistently are a force to be reckoned with!

Today, I want to quickly remind those with chronic issues such as headaches, a common malady in our society, to try this protocol.  I believe you'll see great results if you use these three oils consistently.

Start with 3 drops each of Lemon, Lavender and Peppermint in a gel capsule take 1x daily.  If you have a hard time swallowing caps, you can put the combination in a roller bottle and roll your feet 2x daily, morning and night.

That's it!  It might just be this simple :))

  1. Essential oils do work to get rid of headaches. This is something we should have in our medicine cabinet.

    1. It's not difficult at all to fill capsules. I either drip straight from the bottle or use an eye dropper :)

  5. Sissy, I wouldn't think it was hard but I put a drop of each on my fingers of one hand and rub them gently together and rub on my temples and back of my neck...works like a dream. Did it in the car one day and my son was driving...he said, WTHeck is that smell? Few seconds later he smacked his lips and said, Hmmm peppermint. Good!

  6. Can you fill capsules in advance or do they disolve? How much do you apply and where on feet?

  8. I suffer from chronic migraines and I have tried many different things over the years, including a daily prescription medication that I am still on (it made a big difference when I started taking it) and diet modification.
I thought this idea sounded reasonable, and since I have those EO's I decided to give it a try (topical, since I didn't have any capsules on hand). I only did it for two days because for those two days I had one of the WORST migraines ever! It would start almost immediately after I put on the EO and last all day, despite taking medication. The second day, in the midst of a numbing migraine, it occurred to me that lemon is known to be a migraine trigger for some people (I hadn't actually determined if it was for me or not, until now). Since I wasn't ingesting it, the lemon trigger didn't occur to me right away, but I'm glad I realized, even if it was a little late.
I still may try just the Lavender and Peppermint together, but I'm a little hesitant right now. I just wanted to share my experience so others could be aware of the possibility. This definitely could work for people not sensitive to lemon, so thank you for the idea!

  9. I'm also a long time migraine sufferer since childhood! About 6 years ago a coworker of mine gave me a bottle of pure peppermint EO and told me to put it on my forehead vertically between my eyes, as she had learned from a naturopath. I have never been impressed with the migraine prescriptions available and since using peppermint oil and avoiding food triggers I haven't even wanted for any pharmaceutical "cure." I've tried peppermint EO combined with the lavender EO and just felt for me, the peppermint is all I need.
