How to Use Jeddy's Blend for ADHD, ADD & Anxiety

In March of this year, Camp Wander shared a very special blend of essential oils called, Jeddy's Blend

The blend was created by my sister Dori for her son Jed, an energetic 7 yr old boy who was failing in school and labeled a "problem" as a first grader by the public education system.  Not only has this blend of essential oils turned Jed's life around, it's also touched the lives of thousands all of the world in just a few short months.

On June 30th Spark Naturals announced the release of Jeddy's Blend, offered in 5ml and 15ml bottles, available to anyone on their website.  Kudos to Spark Naturals for recognizing the need for a natural alternative to ADHD, ADD and Anxiety and helping Dori get the word out on a massive scale!

"Jeddy's blend has been awesome. Yesterday I had a horrible day with the verge of many panic attacks (I suffer from ADHD, Anxiety) and this blend prevented many full blown panic attacks and many crying spells. It is a winner for mommy too"

I thought it would be fun to celebrate Spark Naturals launch of Jeddy's Blend by offering some creative ideas for it's everyday use!

This is the thing about EOs, the more you use them the more you'll discover new ways to make them part of your everyday life.

"I just got a note from my son's teacher about how much better he is doing at school with focusing and participating. I can't thank you enough. I am nearly in tears." - Nancy

A small glass roller bottle is by far the favorite way to apply.  They're small enough to fit into a pocket, purse or desk and make application so fun and easy!

Roll generously on bottom of feet and pad of toes first thing in the morning.  Back of neck and wrists during the day and feet again at night.

Jeddy's Blend...Two days of using it! WOW! I was skeptical but he went through his multiplication flash cards without crying in a reasonable amount of time. He's passed out cold 20 mins after application tonight. I put it on him this morning before school and they had state testing for almost 3 hours. He actually said it was EASY! Wow is all I can say, thank you for Jeddy's Blend.

Jeddy in the Diffuser

________________________

I'm crazy about diffusing!  I feel a diffuser in the home is one of the best home health investments out there, right up there with a water filter and a treadmill.  Add a few drops to a diffuser and let the whole family feel the benefits of Jeddy's Blend.  Especially in the mornings before school and the evenings before bed.

"This product has changed our lives! I have my son back: no tantrums, no bouncing off walls, no horrible side-effects from his stimulant medication. He even asks for the oil when he's starting to feel hyper! The first week we tried the oils, he sat through 6.5 hours a day of violin camp--with no medication, just the oil! He was focused and productive and I don't think he's ever sat for 6.5 hours focused and productive. We've even used it on my 4-year old with great results! We're loving this!"

Jeddy Salve
______________________

Think about it!  Next time you make a batch of All Purpose Healing Salve, put a jar aside and use a few drops of Jeddy's Blend instead!  With all of the healing and calming EOs in Jeddy's Blend and the endless benefits of organic coconut oil you're in for a powerful, soothing salve.  Use for chapped lips, hands, burns, scrapes, massage into feet, use for diaper rash etc.

"I received the small bottle of Jeddy's blend about 10 days ago and immediately starting using it on my 6 year old Autistic daughter. She has had disruptive sleep, some periods of time worse than others, and she has a lot of anxiety. I feel that she has been more relaxed since starting the blend. I roll it on her feet at bedtime and before school and then rub it in. Whatever is left on my hands I rub on her wrists. Four days ago when I rubbed her wrists, I noticed that the swelling had reduced on her cyst that had been produced by wrist snapping (excessive flapping) after a bout of scarlet fever that she was hospitalized for last year. Maybe it is just coincidence, but that cyst has been so swollen for a year now and I was afraid they would want to surgically remove it. Now it is less than half it's original size. I believe it is because she is more relaxed and her flapping has reduced just in the last week. She is also sleeping peacefully. Jeddy's blend has definitely helped our situation!"

Traveling with Jeddy
_______________________________

Car or plane travel in your future?

Passively diffuse Jeddy's Blend by adding a few drops to a tissue or handkerchief!  So helpful to when you're struggling to remain calm and centered traveling as a family or, if you or anyone else gets nervous about flying.  Essential oils in your travel space cleans airborne pathogens out of the air, what a great boost in keeping everyone calm and well!

“Dori, We have experienced a MIRACLE!!! Madeline is a different child since we using Jeddy's blend! School work is being completed, she is focusing and even sat through a whole movie!!! First time ever! I need to make sure we don't run out!”

Jeddy Monster Spray!

_________________________

A few drops of Jeddy's Blend in a glass spray bottle topped off with water and labeled as Monster Spray can accomplish great things!  Reassure little ones that the monsters have left the premises and, contribute to a calm, restful night by infusing the bedroom space with healthy, calming EOs.

Speaking of monster spray, a self administered blast is completely acceptable...goodnight!

How much do you dilute the blend for a rollerball?

I don't dilute at all. It works fantastically!

I am wanting to put the Jeddy Blend in a roller. I have read some use coconut oil and others do not. If I do...what is the ratio?? Thanks. My son just put it on his feet and neck this morning. I am looking forward to seeing how school goes today...well the week in general. Thank you for all your hard work and for the Sparks Brand.

If you purchased Jeddy's Blend from Spark Naturals, the carrier oil has already been added. Just add to a roller bottle and you're good to go :)

So I just got my first bottle of Sparks today, one of which is Jeddy's blend. Since it already has FCO, can i just take a few drops and put them directly on my daughter's feet? If I wanted to make a salve stick (like a chapstick tube) for her to use @ school, how would I do that? Thanks so much for your blog. Becuase of you and your sisters, I'm trying out EOs for the first time!

Thanks for your question! Yes, you can apply 2 to 3 drops per foot but I still like to use a little carrier oil or Naked Salve for better coverage. Here's my sister's blog post on how she made a more solid salve like you want to do. Follow this recipe and replace Lavender with Jeddys :) Welcome to this EO life!
