Easy EO Tea ~ Immunity in a Cup

It must be Cold and Flu season because I've shared this remedy with enough people in the last week to warrant a dedicated blog post.  For the less adventurous types who mentally gag at the thought of an ACV Tonic, here's a kinder, gentler option.  A tasty

immunity boosting tea that goes after a virus with good taste, it's delicious and kids love it too.

The photo above was taken last summer while RV~ing it in Star Valley, Wyoming. Rainy days and chilly nights had my favorite camper complaining about a scratchy throat and fever. Tough guy won't swig ACV Tonics so I handed him a "spot of tea" to save an argument. To a mug of very warm water add:

1 drop Lemon

1 teaspoon raw honey

Stir and sip slowly several times a day.
