I encourage you to keep an essential oil journal to organize your thoughts and remedies so they're at your fingertips when needed! There's something about writing the the information down that helps solidify our thought processes and ideas.

Thank you for compiling this list. I have started my own journal, but have not had time to research the basics for each oil. So many questions and not enough time. Thanks again for your work.

HI!!
It's Julie from Facebook, Pinterest and RaisingThreeknightsandaprincess.com!
I just called Doterra about Birch which they will not have again until next year.
Do you, by any chance, have any you would be willing to sell?
It's not even available in the Post Convention Kit.
If you can offer some help I'd love it.
I just got my Holiday blend in! FABULOUS!!
Blessings

Hi Julie...I wish I could tell you how to locate some Birch! It's a once a year opportunity during convention to get a bottle of it. doTERRA's source is the only source they'll accept and unfortunately it's not an ample supply! My brother in law has been enduring a work injury that's very painful, I handed over my precious bottles to my sister because along with Helichrysum and Lavender, Birch is providing blessed relief!

I'm always on the look out for Birch too, sorry...wish I could help!
