The eyes have it.
I don't take my vision for granted but, strangely enough I've always accepted the fact that my eyesight will slowly diminish. I started wearing readers in my late 30's, and contacts in my 40's...what's the big deal?
...it happens to everybody, right?...
Since discovering essential oils I believe we can slow the degeneration of our eyes if we turn to nature's medicine cabinet. My eyes have been opened so to speak! There is a wide variety of powerful essential oils sourced by doTERRA from their indigenous places that show great promise in restoring eye health. Let's explore just a few...
Dr. David Hill, a world renowned essential oil expert and others have improved their vision with regular use of this blend recommended by Dr Hill.
1 part Frankincense
1 part Cypress
1 part Lavender
For ease of use, add equal parts to a roller bottle and dab on facial bones surrounding the eyes morning and night. Careful not to get too close!
This is the blend of oils that Dr. Hill originally recommended before doTERRA's Immortelle. Let's call it, DIY Immortelle! With longterm use twice daily, you can improve your vision to point of not needing readers. This protocol comes with another huge bonus...it's an awesome wrinkle reducer blend too! Improve your vision AND soften the wrinkles around your eyes with DIY Immortelle :)

| HI MOM |
My Mom has battled with Macular Degeneration for years and is now having remarkable success with Clove essential oil. Once again, slowing degeneration with a pure plant essence.
This is her protocol: 2 drops of Clove essential oil on the bottom of her feet morning and night. Her doctor has refrained from an eye injection the last 2 visits because of the marked improvement he was seeing! Yay Mom!
One last superior recipe for Eye Drops.

5 parts distilled water
2 parts honey
1 part apple cider vinegar
No need to refrigerate. This is a special formula found in Stanley Burrough's book, Healing for the Age of Enlightenment.
These drops have been used for Glaucoma, cataracts, spots, film and growths of various kinds. Apply drops one at a time to each eye several times a day until condition has cleared.
Stay well!

ReplyDeleteThis is where I shop for mine: www.aromatools.com
DeleteThank you!
DeleteDo you dilute the DIY Immortelle blend with any carrier oil or just use straight essential oils?
ReplyDeleteIts personal preference. I use them the oils "neat" but some add like to add a bit of fractionated coconut oil to the blend.
DeleteThank you =)
DeleteHi, Rebecca! I have corneal haze and thought I'd try the honey/vinegar mixture. You wrote of your mom's experience w/ the Imortelle and clove, but I was wondering if anyone you knew had any experience w/ the honey/vinegar mixture. I tried it in one eye and it just really stung and instantly turned red. The sting went away after a moment or two, but I just wanted to know if anyone has had success with this or if the stinging is a bad sign. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteAmber, if you have an eye condition...you might want to check with your Dr. first. I know there's a bit of a sting to this because of the ACV but it's worked for pink eye etc.

ReplyDeleteI was recomended Immortalle for mr sons eye condition. One eye lazy the other with different muscle issues. So it causes him to see double. Since he is only 6, I don't want to put it where he will rub it into his eyes. So I am thinking temple area, under glasses, or the pressure points on the feet. Just havent heard much about this protocol.
This is how to apply "near" the eyes....
DeletePut a small amount of EO (essential oil) mixed with a bit of carrier oil like fractionated coconut oil and lightly dab on the facial bones surrounding eyes. A very small amount will be absorbed quickly...the addition of the fractionated coconut oil will help to diffuse the essential oil should any get in the eyes. Tip: If an EO ever gets into the eye, don't rinse with water...grab any vegetable based oil and wipe the eyes...as I mentioned before, it will diffuse the EO.
Thanks so much ... I have learned much from your blog!
DeleteYou're welcome, thank YOU :))
DeleteRebecca: is there a certain cypress oil that should be used(genus/species)? Thank you
